Our orders are delivered by The Courier Guy at a flat rate of R100 and are trackable in South Africa. Head here to track your parcel.

Returns
Should you receive a faulty product, or are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so that we can arrange a refund. Your order will need to be sent back via registered mail at your expense before we can refund you.
Please note we do not refund shipping costs.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, undamaged.
Please note that our pieces are handmade, and may vary a little from our pictures.
Please note that digital products, which are delivered instantly and digitally, are non-refundable according to our Terms of Service.
